■Working Principle:
In an electromagnetic flowmeter, the conductive medium inside the measuring tube is equivalent to a conductive metal rod in Faraday's test, and the two electromagnetic coils at the upper and lower ends generate a constant magnetic field. When a conductive medium flows through, it will cut the magnetic induction line and generate an induced voltage. The two electrodes inside the pipeline are used to measure this induced voltage, and the flow rate of the fluid is calculated by measuring the magnitude of the induced voltage.
■Main components:
Composed of a plug-in electromagnetic flow sensor and a plug-in electromagnetic flow converter, the sensor includes components such as a measuring tube, electrodes, excitation coil, iron core, and magnetic yoke housing. The converter is responsible for processing and converting the signals detected by the sensor.

6. Installation requirements:
To ensure measurement accuracy, it is necessary to ensure sufficient front and rear straight pipe sections. When installed at the rear end of the T-shaped pipe, the electromagnetic flowmeter and T-shaped pipe need to ensure a minimum of straight pipe sections of 20D in the front and 10D in the back; When installed at the rear end of a 90 ° bend, a minimum of 10D and 5D straight pipe sections should be ensured at the end of the bend; Installed at the back end of the valve and not fully open, a minimum of 20D of straight pipe section must be ensured between the valve and the back end.
