1.Non obstructive flow measurement, suitable for dirty media:

Advantage: There are no moving parts or throttling devices inside the measuring tube, allowing fluid to pass through smoothly.

Application significance: Suitable for liquids containing a large amount of suspended solids, solid particles, fibers, sludge, and oil pollution commonly found in sewage treatment (such as raw water, mixed liquid, reflux sludge, residual sludge, effluent, etc.), effectively avoiding problems of blockage, wear, and jamming.

2.Minimal pressure loss:

Advantage: Almost no additional pressure loss is generated.

Application significance: For situations that require long-distance transportation or pumping with high energy consumption costs (such as high flow inflow and sludge reflux), it can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the pump and save operating costs.

3.Not affected by changes in fluid physical properties:

Advantage: The measurement results are not affected by changes in temperature, pressure, density, and viscosity of the wastewater.

Application significance: The water quality and working conditions of sewage (such as seasonal changes and fluctuations in inflow load) are complex and varied. Electromagnetic flow meters can provide stable and reliable measurement data without interference from these factors.

4.Wide range ratio:

Advantage: Typically, the range ratio can reach10: 1 to 100:1.

Application significance: The flow rate of sewage treatment plants varies greatly within a day or in different seasons (such as the day night peak valley difference of inflow flow), and the wide range ratio ensures high measurement accuracy at both low and high flow rates.

5.Bidirectional measurement capability:

Advantage: It can measure both forward and reverse flow.

Application significance: Suitable for scenarios that require monitoring backwash water flow, pipeline emptying, or special process reverse flow.

6.There are various choices for lining and electrode materials:

Advantages: Flexible selection of lining (such as chloroprene rubber, polyurethane, etc.) based on the corrosiveness and wear resistance of different mediaPTFE、PFA、 Ceramics) and electrodes (such as 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium, tantalum).

Application significance: It can effectively deal with corrosive components such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc. that may exist in sewage, as well as highly abrasive mud, and extend the service life of instruments.
