Blackbody is not allowed to measure everything
Those who work in infrared imaging know one thing: blackbody is inaccurate, everything is white.Today's topic is the SBIR Infinity DB series differential blackbody - an instrument that writes "stability, accuracy, and speed" directly on the face.
Why is differential blackbody so crucial?

When performing non-uniformity correction (NUC), it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature difference between two blackbodies; When the temperature drifts by 0.02 ° C, the entire image becomes blurred.
When measuring MRT, MTF, and SiTF, a temperature difference step in the millikelvin range is required; A ruler with a coarse scale results in distortion. The Infinity DB series is a "vernier caliper" level black body.
Understand performance at a glance
Revolutionary iProbe temperature sensorUsing an independently calibrated intelligent temperature probe, only the pre calibrated probe needs to be replaced during recalibration, without the need for special equipment, greatly reducing downtime
excellentTemperature accuracyAchieve an absolute accuracy of ± 0.010 ° C within the range of 0 ° C to 50 ° C, with a tolerance of ± 0.0005 (T-25) for other temperature ranges
Excellent emissivityThe average emissivity in the 3-5.5 μ m band is greater than 0.970, and in the 8-14 μ m band it is greater than 0.950
Excellent uniformity90% of the emission surface reaches 98% of the set Δ T or 0.01 ° C (whichever is greater)
Extremely high stabilityTemperature stability within the range of 0 ° C to 50 ° C, σ T ≤ 0.001 ° C
How to choose from four sizes?

The system supports multiple interfaces (Ethernet, GPIB, or RS-232) and can be equipped with automatic radiation compensation function to meet various needs from non-uniformity correction, sensor calibration to standard infrared sensor characteristic testing such as MRT, MTF, SITF, etc.
