Previously worked at Labsphere Inc. as the Technical Director for the Asia Pacific region, responsible for developing and providing technical support for customer solutions in the region. During my tenure, I led and designed multiple challenging and technically complex customized projects, such as a large aperture space camera radiation calibration system, a low light ultraviolet space camera radiation calibration system, a single wavelength tunable uniform light source system, a high-precision multispectral radiance calibration system (irradiance standard lamp diffuse reflector system), a medical endoscope detection system (based on YY0068.1-2008), and a display ACR (environmental contrast) measurement system, among others. Later, he led a team of engineers and business personnel with rich experience in instrument and equipment development, use, and maintenance to establish Beilan Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd.
