1. Weekly/Monthly Maintenance
Integral ball inspection:
Check whether the coating on the inner wall of the integrating sphere is uniform, without peeling or discoloration. If it ages, contact the manufacturer for replacement.
Light source stability test:
Record the brightness changes of halogen tungsten lamps or LED light sources. If the light intensity decreases by more than 10%, the light source needs to be replaced.
Detector maintenance:
Check the response sensitivity of photodetectors (such as silicon photovoltaic cells, InGaAs detectors) to avoid moisture or contamination.
2. Quarterly/semi annual maintenance
Spectral calibration:
Use standard spectral lamps (such as deuterium lamps, holmium lamps) to calibrate wavelength accuracy and correct spectral shifts.
Lubrication of mechanical components:
Add a small amount of lubricating oil (such as specialized silicone oil) to the guide rails and screws of mechanical components such as sample tables and rotating tables to ensure smooth movement.
3. Annual maintenance
Comprehensive verification:
Send it to a metrology institution or the original factory for metrology calibration, and issue a calibration certificate (if it complies with ISO/ASTM standards).
Hardware inspection:
Check for oxidation or looseness in circuit connections and data cable plugs, tighten screws and clean contact points.
