Reason for the slippage of the V-belt:

1. Twist the V-belt. Reason: The two pulleys are not aligned. Solution: Adjust the position of the diesel engine and combine the V-belt model and V-belt to align the two pulleys.

2. Difficulty shifting gears or inability to shift gears. Cause: Unclear evacuation of the disperser; The position difference between the shift lever and the pull rod was discussed, the fork was not in place, and the shift lever and the pin shaft were welded off. Solution: If the disperser cannot be evacuated clearly, it is necessary to adjust the disperser; If the fork cannot be pulled in place, adjust the position of the shift lever and pull rod to ensure that the fork is pulled in place.

3. The disperser cannot evacuate clearly. Cause: The pedal travel of the disperser is too large or too small; The compression stroke of the evacuation lever is insufficient or the three evacuation levers are not in the same plane. Solution: In the previous environment, the free travel of the disperser rod should be adjusted to reach 30-50 millimeters; The latter environment should mediate the communication between the three evacuation levers and the clearance of the evacuation bearing plane (0.2-0.4 millimeters), that is, within a unified plane.

4. Automatic disengagement. Reason: Insufficient force of the fork spring; Insufficient gear shifting; The positioning groove of the fork shaft is worn. Solution: If the gear is not engaged properly, the lever should be adjusted and discussed to ensure that the fork is in place. If the positioning groove is worn, the fork shaft can be moved 90 degrees.

6. The disperser slips. Cause: Friction plate stained with oil, severe wear of friction plate; The elasticity of the compression spring weakens or breaks. Solution: If the friction plate is stained with oil, the disperser should be disassembled, washed with gasoline and dried. If the spring force weakens or breaks, adjust the evacuation lever and replace it with a new spring.
