3、 Legitimacy of testing institutions and reports:

Lightning protection testing is a safety testing work, and not all testing institutions or individuals can conduct testing and issue reports at will. According to the new document issued by the central government and the Jiangsu Provincial Office, although the "red top intermediary" has been banned, it has been clarified that the Meteorological Bureau (a type of public institution) can no longer engage in paid services for lightning protection and anti-static, and the social access threshold has been lowered. However, the third-party testing institutions that enterprises need to find still need to have qualification certification. The 2015 Order No. 163 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China on the Management Measures for Qualification Certification of Inspection and Testing Institutions specifies that inspection and testing institutions engaged in lightning protection and anti-static testing must provide data and results with certification function, and obtain qualification certification. It is necessary to obtain the nationally recognized CMA certification, and the CMA certification qualification and ability table must include the ability to conduct lightning protection and anti-static testing in various industries. Otherwise, the testing report and data have no legal effect. The qualification and capability table of the testing company must include various lightning protection and anti-static testing items. 4、 Integrity of the report

A complete lightning protection testing report is issued based on the actual situation and testing needs of enterprise customers. The report should not only include sufficient and complete testing items and fair testing data, but also ensure that these items and data have recoverability, traceability, and consistency, so that business leaders understand where the testing points are located and what exactly is being tested. So it is recommended to require CAD drawings of corresponding testing items and testing points at the end of the testing report, so that the testing items and data correspond one-to-one and are clear at a glance.
