Operation steps of inclined micro pressure gauge
Date: 2018-05-16Read: 8

Operation steps of YYT-2000B tilting micro pressure gauge:

(1) Preparation work

1)Open the lid of the packaging box and unscrew the two (fixed micro pressure gauges) on the bottom of the packaging boxM101 large screw, remove the micro pressure gauge, and then screw 3 leveling screws (accessories) onto the base;

2)Leveling: Place the micro pressure gauge on a flat workbench and slowly adjust the three adjustment screws under the base to align the "+" on the multi-directional valve with the No.1 nozzle. Place the bubble of the level at the center position;

3)Mixing medium density: Pour anhydrous ethanol into a 500ml graduated cylinder, and then adjust the full range to 800-900 kg/m3Place the densitometer of [] in ethanol, then add a small amount of distilled water as needed (while stirring) to make the densitometer float. Pay attention to observing when the ethanol liquid level reaches 810 (kg/m) of the densitometer3When the engraving line is marked, it meets the requirements;

4)Rinse: Pour the prepared ethanol into the container through the filling port, rinse the container, measuring tube, and nozzle, and then pour out the ethanol;

5)Zero position adjustment: Place the measuring tube at a tilt constant of 0.8 and turn the zero position adjuster to near the maximum position. Pour ethanol back into the container until it reaches the zero position of the measuring tube, and cover the filling cap. Connect one end of the rubber tube to nozzle 1 and the other end to a pressure source for pressurization (or blowing), causing the ethanol inside the measuring tube to rise to the top. Repeat this process several times until there are no more bubbles inside the measuring tube and the zero position remains stable;

(2) Pressure measurement

Use the conical head screw on the opposite side of the long support rod of the inclined measuring tube to pre-set the measuring tube on the corresponding inclination constant of the arc-shaped bracket. For testing unknown gas pressure, a tilt constant of K=0.8 should be selected, and then the K value should be adjusted based on the actual pressure. Zeroing should be performed again for different K values.

△Positive pressure measurement: Align the "+" on the multi-directional valve with nozzle 1, and use a rubber tube to connect nozzle 2 to the measurement

The upper end of the pipe bracket is connected to the nozzle, and the joint for measuring positive pressure is connected to the No.1 nozzle.

△Negative pressure measurement: Maintain the position of the multi-directional valve and the connection method of the rubber tube during positive pressure measurement, and measure it

Connect the negative pressure connector to the No. 3 connector.

△Differential pressure measurement: Maintain the position of the multi-directional valve and the connection method of the rubber tube during positive pressure measurement, and measure the height

The pressure connector is connected to nozzle 1, and the low-pressure connector being tested is connected to nozzle 3.

(3) Pressure calculation method

△The pressure value at a certain tilt constant (K) should be calculated according to equation (1):

P1=9.8 L K(Pa)··· (1)

Where:L···Glass measuring tube liquid column length (mm)

K···-Tilt constants (0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8)

△To ensure testing accuracy, when blending ethanol, its density at standard temperature should be 810 (kg/m)3If the density of ethanol is different from the density at standard temperature, it should be converted according to equation (2):

In the formula: P ···· actual pressure(Pa)

P1··Read the pressure(Pa)

d ··Nominal density 810 (kg/m)3[]
