Glass rotor flowmeter is a high-precision product with small components and high technical content. In daily use and maintenance, operators need to have certain product knowledge in order to be proficient in practical operation and avoid unnecessary accidents and failures.
In the maintenance work of glass rotor flow meters, the first step is to understand the basic principles of instruments and meters, and master the knowledge and skills related to electronics. In addition, all instrument manuals, drawings and other technical materials should be prepared. In addition, a good work quality should be cultivated to improve the efficiency and reduce errors in the maintenance work of glass rotor flow meters.
1、 Do not blindly knock or touch during maintenance, in order to avoid expanding the fault and getting worse with more repairs.
2、 When disassembling or adjusting instruments, the original position should be recorded for restoration.
3、 When using a multimeter in the ohm range, be sure not to measure with electricity on.
4、 When using a logic pen or oscilloscope to detect signals, be careful not to make the probe contact both measuring pins at the same time, as this situation essentially forms a short circuit when powered on.
5、 When detecting the filtering capacitor in the power supply, the positive and negative poles of the electrolytic capacitor should be short circuited first, and do not use probe wires instead of wires to discharge the capacitor during the short circuit, as this can easily burn out the core wire. You can take a 220V, 60-100W lamp with a lamp head lead and connect it to both ends of a capacitor. The bulb will flash during discharge.
6、 It is necessary to use a multimeter to measure the smoothness of various points on the printed circuit when troubleshooting instrument faults in humid environments, as the main fault in this situation is copper foil corrosion.
7、 When repairing the internal circuit of the instrument, if the contacts of the installed components and the circuit board are coated with insulating varnish, ordinary hand sewing needles can be used to weld on the probes of the multimeter when measuring the parameters of each point. The testing machine can directly measure each point by piercing the paint layer without peeling off the paint layer extensively.
8、 Do not plug or unplug various control boards and plugs with power on. Because in the case of power on, inserting and removing the control board will generate a strong induced electromotive force, and the instantaneous counterattack voltage is very high, which can easily damage the corresponding control board and plug.
9、 When repairing precision instruments and meters, if small parts accidentally bounce off, the first thing to do is to identify the possible place where they may have fallen off. Do not search east or west, but use magnetic scanning and line of sight scanning methods to search for them.
