Introduction to pressure gauge types!


Pressure gauge refers to an instrument that uses elastic elements as sensitive components to measure and indicate pressures higher than the ambient pressure. It is widely used in almost all industrial processes and scientific research fields. Especially in industrial process control and technical measurement processes, the elastic sensitive components of mechanical pressure gauges have high mechanical strength and convenient production characteristics, making them increasingly widely used.

1、 General pressure gauge

Elastic element type general pressure gauges can be divided into three categories: vacuum gauges, pressure vacuum gauges, and pressure gauges. It goes without saying that these types of instruments have lower accuracy levels and are cheaper in price.

2、 Other pressure gauges

Wireless digital pressure gauge:Using wireless transmission methods (GPRS, LORa, NB iot) to upload on-site data to the user's IP address, users can set parameters through buttons or remote control. According to on-site needs, battery power, power supply, or dual power supply can be selected; Applied to other scenarios that require wireless monitoring, such as smart firefighting, smart water management, heating, medical equipment, etc.

Digital pressure gauge:By using pressure sensor signal conversion and displaying pressure values through numbers, the accuracy can reach up to 0.02 level, with high resolution and strong functionality. It is often used as a standard instrument. Some products have been upgraded and derived with wireless data transmission (GPRS, LORa, NB iot), intrinsic safety explosion-proof and other functions, which are applied in instrument and meter matching, mechanical equipment matching, medical equipment, smart cities (fire protection, water supply, heating, etc.), replacing pointer pressure gauges.

Digital remote transmission pressure gauge:Select 4-20mA remote transmission signal or RS485 information output based on standard MODBUS RTU communication protocol. It can provide real-time pressure on site, and the pressure signal can be transmitted remotely, with a transmission distance of less than 500 meters. This type of pressure gauge can be used to replace traditional pointer type remote pressure gauges or pressure transmitters.

Precision pressure gauge:Compared to general pressure gauges, it has higher accuracy, uses high-precision ADC and high-speed microprocessor, has good stability, and can be used for precision measurement.

Electric contact pressure gauge:It can be easily observed and can also achieve alarm and control. Can replace traditional mechanical electric contact pressure gauges, with plastic casing and 304 stainless steel casing.

Tire pressure gauge/dual needle pressure gauge:Belonging to the industry, it is very convenient to collect, record, display, analyze, and output tire pressure on site. Simultaneously complete the synchronous collection of on-site testing environment parameters. It can quickly and conveniently detect and calibrate multiple pressure sensors. Micro differential pressure gauge:Low pressure, commonly used in pharmaceutical and other environments, with a conventional range of 0-125Pa, which is a very small pressure.

Oxygen pressure gauge:For special environments such as medical use, there are oil prohibition requirements, and special attention should be paid during calibration.
