With the increasing application of pressure switches in enterprise production, some problems with pressure switches have become increasingly prominent. The customer found that as the service life of the pressure switch increased, measurement deviations gradually appeared. This is also some of the situations that customers have told us. Today, I am here to introduce the errors of pressure switches and their causes. As some customers have encountered these problems, I am here to answer them. Starting with pressure switches, for some production-oriented enterprises, pressure switches are not unfamiliar with this product, and can even be said to be very familiar with this product. They are often used for controlling a certain link in the production process of the production line and are part of mechanical automation. The use of pressure switches can gradually lead to the trend of automation, standardization, and low cost in production.
Generally speaking, there are four reasons for errors:
1. Although there are a large number of pressure switches on the market at present, due to the different conditions and environments of manufacturers, the products themselves have differences in materials. The products produced by various enterprises often have different service life and product specifications, which determine the length of the product's service life. Some enterprises even use low-grade materials to reduce production costs, which gradually leads to various problems in the later use process.
2. Due to the fact that precision instruments and meters are generally validated in the laboratory before being put into production, the frequency of using pressure switches far exceeds that of the laboratory after the products are applied to production enterprises. In this way, the data that was originally accurately measured in the laboratory has deviated from the accuracy of the laboratory measurement data with the increase of product usage frequency and service life.
3. Due to human factors, the commonly used pressure switches and gauges have very fine scales. After a long period of labor, operators often experience misreading or even misjudgment due to fatigue. So this may also be one of the reasons for measurement deviation.
4. During the operation of the pressure switch, the operator may also cause measurement deviation due to different judgments and readings.
Summary: How to avoid the problem of errors as much as possible? For a high-quality product produced by a legitimate manufacturer, the probability of the above measurement deviations is relatively much lower.
