Reasons for the formation of product condensation state in high and low temperature test chambers
The reason for the formation of product condensation in the high and low temperature test chamber during temperature testing is that when the ambient temperature rises, due to thermal inertia, the surface temperature of the product is lower than the ambient temperature. When the quality of a cold and humid environment encounters a product surface smaller than the leakage point, water vapor will solidify on the surface and produce dew droplets. In addition, if the product is sealed, when the ambient temperature in the environmental test chamber decreases, the temperature inside the product shell decreases faster than the temperature of the gas inside the cavity, and the humid and hot gas in the cavity will also condense into dew droplets inside the product shell. Due to the fact that most products are not turned off, condensation usually occurs during the temperature rise phase.
The condensation effect is related to commonly used raw materials, internal cavity size, temperature regulation speed, and air humidity. The poorer the heat absorption reactivity of raw materials, the more internal cavities there are, the faster the temperature adjustment speed, the higher the air humidity, and the more severe the condensation effect. As long as any condensation requirements are violated, condensation can be prevented.
The high and low temperature test chamber is widely used, mainly for components and raw materials of electrical, electronic, automotive, motorcycle, aerospace engineering, shipbuilding, higher education institutions, scientific research institutions and other related products. People often use high and low temperature test chambers to test the stability of objects in high temperature, ultra-low temperature, and humid environments, and whether they are prone to aging. The high and low temperature test chambers can be cycled or cross tested by setting one or more main experimental parameters to obtain more realistic test data.
