Solution to Temperature Sensor and Temperature Controller Malfunctions in High and Low Temperature Damp Heat Test Chamber
Possible faults of temperature sensors in high and low temperature humidity test chambers: a. Compensation error: Deviation can be adjusted through PID self-tuning. b. Power supply (5V): Without power supply, the DC 5V power supply is working and needs to be replaced. c. Humidity module: No 0-1V output or cannot work according to actual humidity changes or has been maintained at a fixed value, needs to be replaced. d. Liquid level switch: on, off or not working, needs to be replaced. e. Water level: a) Insufficient water level control can lead to poor humidification of electricity and heat, while excessive water level can result in insufficient humidification or abnormal water level due to water loss in the water tank (regulating water level). b) Blockage of water pipe passage, please clean it. c. Humidification water pump d). The power supply Vdc 12V is unavailable and needs to be replaced. e. The pump is frequently on/off and cannot pump water. It needs to be replaced. f) Humidifier heating tube damaged: unable to access or heat, needs to be replaced.
Temperature controller for high and low temperature humid heat test chamber: a. Compensation error: First, self tune the PID, stabilize it, and then adjust the deviation value to make it consistent with the actual correct temperature. b. Electrical malfunction: No output from the temperature controller output terminal, or no on/off PID control. c. Internal code setting error: Please restore the internal code values according to the internal code table.
