electricFloat level transmitterIt is the introduction of FOXBRO technology and original 144LVD by our company. The intelligent level, interface or density measurement transmitter produced by the transmitter component ensures reliable measurement with * degree and stability of the instrument. The transmitter has HART or FOXCOM communication protocol, 4-20mA analog output, and can display%, mA or other physical units for free configuration. The instrument is durable and the sealed electronic component box has moisture-proof and atmospheric pollution resistance performance.

structural principle
LC3144LD typeFloat level transmitterIt consists of a float chamber, a float, a torque tube system, and an electronic measurement system. The float is immersed in the liquid inside the float chamber and is rigidly connected to the torsion tube system. The force borne by the torsion tube system is the net weight of the float minus the buoyancy it receives. Under this combined force, the torsion tube twists a certain angle. The change in the position, density, or boundary height of the liquid inside the float chamber causes a change in the buoyancy of the float immersed in the liquid, resulting in a change in the twist angle of the twisted tube. This change is transmitted to the sensor rigidly connected to the torque tube, causing the sensor output voltage to change, which is then amplified by electronic components and converted into a 4-20mA current output.Float level transmitterUsing a microcontroller and related electronic circuits to measure process variables, provide current output, drive LCD display, and provide HART communication capability.
