Reasons for Errors in Shanghai Yichuan Pressure Gauge
Date: 2024-02-27Read: 18
Shanghai Yichuan Pressure GaugeThere are three main reasons for the occurrence of errors: pressure gauges are affected by temperature. The measurement of pressure by pressure instruments mainly relies on their internal elastic components such as spring tubes. In environments with high or low temperatures, the elastic components of pressure instruments will deform under the action of temperature, especially for pressure gauges that work in high-temperature media for a long time. The elastic components may deform, which can also cause errors in the display of pressure instruments.
In the use of pressure gauges, it is necessary to minimize the influence of temperature on the indicated value of the pressure gauge. The most direct and effective method is to avoid the pressure gauge working in abnormal temperature environments. If it cannot be avoided, the pressure gauge should be treated with high temperature or cold protection, such as installing condensation or insulation devices for the pressure gauge.
The pressure gauge is affected by vibration, and it may also have inaccurate readings in a vibrating environment. Intense vibration can directly cause deformation of the elastic element of the pressure gauge, affecting its sensitivity, accuracy, and the user's reading of the pressure gauge reading value. The main measures to prevent vibration of pressure gauges are to install buffer devices and shock absorbers.
The pressure gauge is affected by overload. The overload operation of the pressure gauge does not only refer to the pressure gauge reading reaching the maximum on the dial. In fact, when it exceeds 2/3 of the full scale position, the elastic element of the pressure gauge is already in a near limit state. When a pressure gauge works under overload for a long time, its internal elastic components such as spring tubes and diaphragms will weaken or even lose their elasticity due to long-term extreme or near extreme deformation, ultimately resulting in deformation.
