Application of Multi point Environmental Testing System 1590 in Tunnel Fire Testing to Ensure Tunnel Safety

With the rapid development of China's highway construction, tunnels, as important channels connecting various places, have attracted much attention to their safety issues. The relatively enclosed environment of tunnels is not only prone to traffic accidents, but may also lead to secondary disasters such as fires, posing great difficulties for rescue work.

In order to improve tunnel safety and transform the ventilation structure of conventional tunnels, a safety college of a certain university introduced a multi-point environmental testing system 1590 and applied it in tunnel fire tests. In the experiment, the multi-point environmental testing system 1590 can monitor the wind speed in the tunnel in real time, accurately capture the airflow movement pattern in the fire scene, and achieve efficient, accurate, and comprehensive data collection.



The multi-point environmental testing system 1590 is equipped with high-precision wind speed sensors, which can accurately measure wind speed changes inside the tunnel. The experiment found that when a fire occurs, the wind speed inside the tunnel will change significantly, and the system can capture these changes in a timely manner, providing important data support for the determination of the spread trend of the fire.
In tunnel fire tests, evenly arrange the points at the upper, middle, and lower air vents of the tunnel. These points can fully reflect the changes in the wind field inside the test tunnel. The system's capture of real-time changes in the wind field flow inside the tunnel greatly improves the authenticity of test data.

The application of the multi-point environmental testing system 1590 not only provides real and reliable data support for tunnel fire tests, but also provides scientific reference for the daily operation and management of tunnels. By monitoring real-time changes in the wind field inside the tunnel, potential safety hazards can be identified in a timely manner, effectively preventing accidents such as fires caused by exhaust problems. The multi-point environment testing system 1590 provides strong support for ensuring the safe operation of tunnels.




A system body MODEL 1590-0C can simultaneously connect 12 test modules, each of which can connect 12 probes with different functions. It can build a system with up to 144 channels for simultaneous testing of wind speed, temperature, and relative humidity, meeting the requirements of large-scale testing in large spaces. 15 different types of probes are interchangeable and compatible, with temperature compensation function for both directional and non directional probes. They have high testing accuracy and fast response time, and are equipped with the smallest probes in the industry, making it easy to install and test in specific spaces such as small spaces. They also have high-temperature probes that can withstand 120 ℃, enabling precise testing in high-temperature environments. Equipped with an analog output unit, the system can select current or voltage as needed to achieve analog output. The system body adopts a 7-inch color LCD touch screen.
