The ISO EC series dual channel analog signal isolation amplifier developed this time is a three in one hybrid integrated module with strong anti EMC interference characteristics, which integrates capacitance coupling isolation amplification, conversion, and distribution (invention patent application number: 2025109476011). It adopts Shunyuan Technology's new modulation demodulation capacitance coupling isolation technology. The sensor analog signal is modulated by modulus and transmitted as a digital signal through a capacitance isolation layer for isolation, and then restored to analog signal output by a digital to analog conversion circuit. The digital modulation and capacitance coupling isolation methods maintain the integrity of the signal, and the signal can also provide excellent reliability and high-frequency transient anti-interference through the capacitance isolation layer. This product is designed for industrial scenarios with spatial interference, EMC electromagnetic compatibility characteristics, high precision, and high safety. It uses a wide creepage distance 3000VDC six isolation technology internally to achieve electrical isolation between signal input, output, working power supply, and various signal channels. It is suitable for eliminating ground loop interference, suppressing common mode noise, isolating high-voltage impact and other harsh environments, ensuring the reliability of signal transmission and the safety of equipment operation. It is an ideal solution for signal transmission in industries such as industrial automation, instrumentation and sensors to solve on-site EMC electromagnetic compatibility.
The ISO EC series analog signal isolation amplifier adopts a dual signal transmission channel integrated design, which directly reduces on-site installation costs and space occupation. The two input and output channels are independently isolated, and the two signals are transmitted in parallel to avoid crosstalk between signal channels. It has the functions of signal one in two out, two in two out isolation amplification, conversion and distribution three in one, effectively reducing system complexity and cost reduction. At the same time, it supports independent and flexible matching of different analog signals in two channels. The input and output signal types of two channels can be freely combined according to the same or different types, making it convenient for users to choose according to on-site requirements.
The ISO EC series analog signal isolation amplifier module adopts a small volume standard SIP 16Pin (16 pin single in line) flame-retardant shell and resin material packaging method. It integrates a set of single power supply multi-channel isolated DC/DC conversion circuits and multiple sets of capacitive coupling signal isolators, supporting the isolation and transmission function of analog single ended input to positive and negative signals and positive and negative signals to single ended signals. The overall system does not require external potentiometers and other electronic components, and eliminates zero point and gain adjustment, greatly simplifying the system design and on-site use cost for users. The internal analog signal transmission of the product adopts capacitive coupling isolation technology, which has the ability to resist EMC interference compared to magneto electric isolation, and has better temperature drift characteristics and linearity compared to optoelectronic isolation technology, and eliminates the tedious work of repeatedly calibrating zero and full degree during use. The auxiliary power supply adopts a single power supply and a 3KVDC six isolation design between the signal input, output, and channel, allowing users to use single or multiple power supplies when using multiple modules simultaneously on site, effectively reducing the design cost and volume of the control system.
The ISO EC series module is simple and easy to use. The product has two installation methods: soldering on the PCB board for module packaging and fixing in the standard DIN 35 rail slot. Both installation methods can achieve isolation, distribution, amplification, and conversion of various sensors, transmitters, instruments, or control system analog signals in industrial sites such as one in two out and two in two out. It can also meet the requirements of industrial grade use environments with humidity, vibration, and a wide temperature range (-40~+85 ℃). The product is designed specifically for complex industrial site environments, which can eliminate interference from ground wire loops, isolate high-voltage shocks, convert signal types, amplify signals, and transmit them over long lines without distortion. It has a wide range of applications in fields such as track voltage monitoring, safe operation monitoring of generators or motors, remote monitoring of power transmission and distribution, signal transmission and reception of instruments and sensors, medical equipment and new energy systems, industrial robot automation control, chemical and nuclear power equipment, etc.
