The SY11x series current loop high-precision transmitter developed this time is a low-cost passive two-wire voltage signal to 4-20mA transmitter IC that replaces the XTR115 series chip with domestic production (single in line SIP7 Pin, DIP8 Pin dual in line, and SMD-12 surface mount). It is mainly used in industrial field instruments and sensors for simulating 4mA to 20mA signal analog signal transmission and transmission circuits, and can achieve high-precision analog current signal adjustment and output current signal limitation functions. This IC can receive the voltage signal output from the front-end upper computer equipment through the current loop feeding method, and output a standard two-wire current signal of 4-20mA after V/I conversion. The built-in voltage regulator (5V) can be used to power external circuits, and the internal voltage reference Vref (SY115 is 2.5V, SY116 is 4.096V, SY117 is 3V) can be used to excite or offset sensors. The current loop pin (Iret) can detect any current parameter value used in the external circuit to accurately control the output standard 4-20mA current signal. SY11x is the basic building block of an intelligent sensor that uses 4mA to 20mA current transmission and can meet the industrial working temperature environment range of -40 ° C to+85 ° C.
The SY11x series products are designed as low-cost, small-sized standard flame-retardant module packages, which include 5VLDO voltage stabilization circuits, precision voltage reference circuits, VI conversion circuits, etc. inside. The power supply voltage range of the output circuit is wide (7.5-36VDC), with high conversion accuracy and good linearity. The product is very convenient to use. Customers only need to add a small number of peripheral devices at the input end of the product to achieve voltage signal distribution for voltage sensors, displacement potentiometers, and other sensors and bridge (weighing) detection circuits that require power distribution. The product has a small size and is easy to install. It can be configured inside a dedicated sensor to directly convert the resistance signals of angular displacement and linear displacement sensors into standard 4-20mA analog signals. The full and zero points can be adjusted and calibrated by the user through an external multi turn potentiometer. When designing, users can refer to typical application circuit diagrams.
The SY11x series products adopt high-efficiency post feeding technology to achieve precise isolation and conversion of voltage signals to 4-20mA standard signals, and are matched with various types of instrument standard analog input ports (such as PLC, DCS, display control instruments, etc.). The product can meet the harsh environmental requirements of industrial wide temperature, humidity, and vibration on site.
