Domestic confocal 3D material analysis microscopeA precision optical instrument based on a rotary confocal optical system, combined with a precision Z-direction scanning module, 3D modeling algorithm, etc., that performs rapid point scanning on the sample surface and obtains clear focal points at different heights layer by layer to reconstruct 3D true color images for analysis. It is generally used for micro morphology detection of slightly rough workpiece surfaces and can analyze parameters such as roughness, pit defects, grooves, etc.

1) 3D measurement function: The device has the ability to measure the contour size and roughness of micro 3D morphology;
2) Image measurement function: The device has an image measurement function for two-dimensional planar contour dimensions, which can measure dimensions such as length, angle, radius, etc;
3) Automatic stitching function: The device has an automatic stitching function, which can achieve stitching measurement in large areas;
4) Data processing function: The device has data processing functions for four modules: position adjustment, correction, filtering, and extraction;

When the mouse trajectory remains unchanged for a long time, it will automatically lower and turn off the light source to prevent overheating and damage, and effectively extend the service life of the light source;
9) Lens safety function: The device is equipped with a pressure sensor and a spring structure design at the lens to ensure that the lens retracts elastically after collision, entering an emergency stop state, greatly reducing the impact force of the collision, effectively protecting the lens and scanning axis, and eliminating safety risks of human operation.
1. High precision, high repeatability
(1) Based on the confocal optical system of the turntable, combined with high stability structural design and 3D reconstruction algorithm, a measurement system is formed to ensure the high measurement accuracy of the instrument.
(2) The seismic isolation design of the instrument can reduce bottom vibration noise, and the instrument is stable and reliable in some environments, with good measurement repeatability.
2. Measurement and analysis software for integrated operation
(1) Measurement and analysis are operated on the same interface without switching, and the measurement data is automatically counted, achieving the function of rapid batch measurement.
(2) Visual window, convenient for users to observe the scanning process.
(3) Combined with the automated measurement function of custom analysis templates, it can automatically complete the measurement and analysis process of multiple areas.
(4) The five functional modules of geometric analysis, roughness analysis, structural analysis, frequency analysis, and functional analysis are complete.
(5) One click analysis, multi file analysis, free combination of analysis items saved as analysis templates, batch sample one click analysis, and providing data analysis and statistical chart functions.
(6) More than 300 2D/3D parameters can be measured according to standards such as ISO/ASME/EUR/GBT.
3. Precision control handle
The joystick with integrated X, Y, and Z directional adjustment functions can quickly complete pre measurement tasks such as stage translation and Z-direction focusing.
4. Dual collision protection measures
In addition to setting the lower limit of Z-axis displacement in the ZSTOP software for collision protection, mechanical and electronic sensors are also designed on the Z-axis. When the lens touches the surface of the sample, the instrument automatically enters an emergency stop state to protect the instrument and reduce operational risks.
