The dry shedding tester, also known as the twist tester, is used to evaluate the shedding performance of non-woven fabrics under dry conditions. It is mainly suitable for evaluating the shedding performance of raw materials such as filter media and other textile materials used in medical protective materials (surgical sheets, surgical gowns, clean clothes, etc.). During testing, the testing principle is that the sample undergoes a combined effect of torsion and compression inside the test chamber. Extract air from the test chamber during this twisting process, and evaluate the test results by counting and classifying particles in the air using a laser dust particle counter

Height: 290mm, width: 270mm, depth: 230mm (particle counter)
What are the components of the dry state floc tester
1) Twisting device: a device that produces a comprehensive effect of twisting, compression, and resetting on the specimen
2) Twisted box (anti-static): an organic glass box that covers the twisting device for testing and is able to resist static electricity
3) Air collector: a sampling port with a certain shape fixed at a specific position in a twisted box
4) Laser dust particle counter: Counting and classifying particles in the collected air
