Kaitel 3000A Mining Load Combustion Testing Machine Successfully Cooperates with Sichuan Huamei Construction Engineering Testing Laboratory
The K-R385 mining load combustion testing machine designed and developed by Keitel is manufactured according to the standard MT 386-1995 "Test Method and Judgment Rules for Flame Retardant of Coal Mine Cables", and is used to test the combustion characteristics of MT 818-2009 "Coal Mine Cables" under overload conditions.
The size of the combustion chamber for this load is 1100 × 500 × 900mm (length, depth, height), and the size of the electrical control box is 1100 × 500 × 400mm (length, depth, height). Sichuan Huamei uses a load current of 10-3000A, and the height of the spray lamp is adjustable. The spray lamp angle is 90 °, and imported K-type thermocouples are used for 0-1200 ℃. The temperature control meter used has a display range of 0-99.9 (with decimals), and the integer value is 0-9999 degrees. The buzzer will automatically sound an alarm when the temperature reaches. Timer range: 0~99.99 S/M/can be set arbitrarily. Volume: 0.5m3, equipped with exhaust system
The characteristics of our load combustion test chamber include a 3000A and 20KVA current regulator, which ensures continuous operation for at least 2 hours at full range for customers and has a long service life without overheating. Using imported thermocouples from the United States for more precise temperature measurement.
Thank you again to Sichuan Huamei Construction Engineering Testing Laboratory for choosing the Kaitel 3000A mining load combustion testing machine. The customer's recognition is our reputation!
