With the continuous increase in energy consumption and the escalation of regional conflicts,National Energy SecurityTo ensure the entry into a critical period, it is necessary to continuously consolidate the foundation of energy supply guarantee, enhance resource allocation capabilities, strengthen oil and gas supply capabilities, and maintain overall supply-demand balance.
At the same time, facing the need for complementary integration between various disciplines and industries, the modern energy industry has enteredInnovation upgrade periodUrgently demand to further enhance the leadership of technological innovationWith strategic support, comprehensively improve the level of advanced energy industry foundation and modernization of industrial chain.
Efficient measurement of rock cores is carried out to achieve accurate resultsThe Science of ReservoirsRapid evaluation is an urgent need for the development of digital construction.

Digital oilfield construction
In traditional construction sites, the testing of reservoir properties mainly focuses on logging while drilling, and reservoir testing is conducted simultaneously with drilling. However, the underground conditions are complex, with factors such as high temperature, high pressure, acidity and alkalinity, and various mineral properties affecting the accuracy of the testing.
So in order to refine the testing and characterize various physical parameters of the reservoir in detail, the staff will bring rock samples back to the laboratory for testing. Although it largely meets the testing requirements, there are still some important issues.
Firstly, during the process of transporting the sample back to the professional laboratory, the fluid inside the sample is lost, which causes inconvenience for quantitative and qualitative testing; Secondly, the timeliness is poor, which cannot meet the needs of efficient development in modern industry and reduces the guiding significance of reservoir research for exploration and development.
Under these background requirements, the vehicle mounted rock physics laboratory has emerged, effectively integrating the timeliness of traditional construction site testing and the refinement of laboratory testing.
Full diameter core
Mobile full diameter core nuclear magnetic resonance measuring instrument
The rock nuclear magnetic resonance measuring instrument has been an excellent tool for testing the physical properties of rock samples since its inception. In order to meet the needs of building a vehicle mounted rock physics laboratory, it has been developedMobile full diameter core nuclear magnetic resonance measuring instrumentThe nuclear magnetic equipment from the laboratory was brought to the construction site along with the onboard rock physics laboratory, allowing for precise testing of rock samples at the construction site in the first instance.
The Halbach mobile full diameter core nuclear magnetic scanning technology was proposed by Anferova in 2004 and has gradually become a mature and reliable technology after continuous iteration and development by foreign researchers, meeting the testing needs of many construction sites.
At present, the full diameter core nuclear magnetic resonance measuring instrument has completed various on-site applications and interpretation evaluation tasks with high quality in Xinjiang Oilfield and Feng series wellheads, Zhanghai Block of Dagang Oilfield, and some blocks of Changqing Oilfield.
The vehicle mounted rock physics laboratory launched by relevant domestic units can be quickly dispatched to the well site after the task is assigned. Used for wellsiteThe rapid and continuous measurement of fresh full diameter rock cores provides data support for lithology, physical properties, oil content, pore structure, and source rock characteristic parameters, as well as for logging interpretation, reservoir evaluation, and sweet spot selection.
The vehicle mounted rock physics laboratory consists of a mobile full diameter core nuclear magnetic resonance measuring instrument, a full diameter core optical scanner, a full diameter core natural gamma spectroscopy measuring instrument, a diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy measuring instrument, and a rock high-temperature pyrolysis analyzer,It has the characteristics of being green, safe, fast, non-destructive, and highly maneuverable.
After the core is taken out of the well, the mud or sealing fluid on the surface of the core is removed, and the core is immediately wrapped in plastic wrap to reduce the escape of fluids in the core. Firstly, one-dimensional nuclear magnetic T2 spectra are continuously collected to obtain information on the porosity and pore structure of the core. Then collect two-dimensional nuclear magnetic T1-T2 spectra, calculate oil saturation, and the minimum echo interval of the nuclear magnetic resonance instrument is 0.2 milliseconds, with longitudinal resolutions of 1cm, 2cm, 4cm, and 10cm optional. Scan 1 meter of rock core each time, and the one-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance acquisition time at a resolution of 2cm is 12 minutes, and the two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance single point acquisition time is 3 minutes.

Vehicle mounted rock physics laboratory nuclear magnetic testing
Mobile Full Diameter Core Nuclear Magnetic Scanning Technology
Capable of detecting large-sized rock cores and comprehensively describing the true pore structure of strongly heterogeneous reservoirs, with strong representativeness; Non destructive and rapid measurement can be carried out at the first time when the core is extracted from the barrel; Ability to set measurement speed and simulate measurement effects at different logging speeds; Simultaneously possessing higher vertical resolution.
After the nuclear magnetic measurement is completed, the core preservation film is removed and subjected to a series of tests including optical scanning, diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy, natural gamma spectroscopy, and thermal decomposition analysis.
The digital vehicle mounted rock physics laboratory completes testing in the first time the full diameter core is drilled out of the well, fully excavating the core information and providing continuous and accurate parameters such as porosity, pore structure, oil saturation, core images, mineral types and contents, natural gamma intensity, uranium thorium potassium content, gaseous hydrocarbon content S0, liquid hydrocarbon content S1, and pyrolysis hydrocarbon content S2. multi-directionalThe rich data meets the needs of reservoir property evaluation.
