Temperature sensors can sense temperature changes and convert them into output signals, which are widely used in modern production and life to ensure the normal operation and safety of equipment.
Below are several steps for selecting temperature sensors.
The first point,To determine the temperature range and accuracy requirements to be measured;
Second point,Does the measured temperature require functions such as display, transmission, and transmission;
Thirdly,Determine the environmental conditions and medium type of the object being tested. Some sensors have special requirements for waterproof, dustproof, anti-collision, explosion-proof, etc., which need to be explained in advance.
The fourth point,The installation requirements for temperature sensors generally include threaded, flanged, flexible pipe joint type, fixed threaded cone type, straight pipe joint type, and fixed threaded pipe joint type. There are also some occasions where installation is not required and a non installation method will be used, such as this one (the leftmost one in the picture).

The second type is thread (in the middle of the picture), which is divided into movable thread and fixed thread. When ordering, it is also necessary to determine the specific thread specifications. The third type is flange installation (on the far right in the picture), which is also divided into movable flange and fixed flange. When ordering, it is also necessary to determine the flange specifications.
