Wiring principle and testing process of high-precision weighing module

Xunpeng high-precisionweighing moduleThere are two types: one in one out and one in two out. The weighing module provides excitation power to the on-site strain bridge type weighing sensor, and outputs a 1:1 mV signal through isolation or converts it into a standard analog signal output. This module has a wide range of applications, including data acquisition, signal transmission conversion, as well as distributed weighing control and batching systems. Mainly used in industries such as cement, concrete, glass, paper, plastic, chemical, cotton spinning, testing machines, etc., it provides functional support for weighing type material level, weight load, tension, tension and pressure signals, including transmission, testing, etc. By improving and supplementing the functionality of system simulation I/O plugins, the anti-interference ability of the system is enhanced to ensure long-term stable and reliable operation.

Wiring method for weighing module: The excitation power supply is connected to 1+and 3-, the input signal is connected to 4+and 6-, the 24V working power supply is connected to 7+and 10-, the output signal is connected to 8+and 9-, and if there is a second output, it is connected to 11+and 12-. Weighing module testing process: First, test whether there is voltage between terminals 1 and 3, and see if the excitation voltage is consistent with the order. Then measure the input and output, and calculate whether they are within a reasonable error range based on the linear relationship.
