Step 3: Save User

Click 'Confirm' or 'Save', the system will display 'Add successful' and return to the user list

2. Batch import users (efficient method)

Prepare an Excel spreadsheet in the following format:

3、 The entire process of card reading and weighing operation

1. Single weighing operation (standard process)

Follow the four step process of 'swipe card → weigh → confirm → record':

Step 1: Swipe card to log in

Place the ID card close to the card reader ->System identification ->Display 'Employee name: Zhang Sangong ID: 001'

If the card is not registered and displays' Invalid card, please contact the administrator '

Step 2: Place the item and weigh it

-Ensure the scale platform is clean, press the 'Peel' button to reset to zero

-Place the item steadily on the weighing platform and wait for the value to stabilize (without jumping)

-The system displays the weight in real-time (such as' 15.23kg ')

Step 3: Confirm Record

After checking the weight for accuracy, press the 'Confirm' button → the system automatically generates a complete record

Record content: employee ID+name+weight+timestamp+product ID (if selected)

Step 4: Complete the prompt

The display screen shows' Record successful ', the buzzer beeps briefly, and the item can be removed for the next order

2. Continuous weighing mode (improves efficiency)

When the same employee weighs continuously, they only need to swipe their card

The system automatically recognizes and maintains login status until:

Click 'Cancel' to exit

Automatic logout if not operated within the set time (e.g. 10 minutes)

Manually switch to another user

Scenario application: Production line piece rate, employees continuously weigh multiple products after swiping their cards, and the system automatically accumulates the quantity

4、 Data Storage and Management System

1. Data recording mechanism

The system automatically records the complete information of each weighing:

Employee ID/Name

Weighing time (accurate to seconds)

Item weight (including unit)

Product category (if selected)

Batch number (if set)

Judgment result (qualified/unqualified, with preset upper and lower limits)

Storage capacity: Built in memory (usually 1GB) can store approximately 100000 records, meeting long-term usage needs

2. Data query and retrieval

Operation path: Menu → Data Query → Select Query Method

Query method 1: Search by date

Enter the start and end dates to display all records within that time period

Query Method 2: Search by Employee

Swipe the card or manually enter the employee ID to display all weighing records of the employee

Query Method 3: Search by Product

Select the product name and display all weighing records for that product

Query Method 4: Query by Status

Filter 'qualified' or 'unqualified' records for quality analysis

View record details: In the query result list, click on a single record to view complete information, including notes (if any)

5、 Data Export and Analysis (Key Applications)

1. Export data from USB drive (recommended method)

Operation steps:

Prepare a FAT32 formatted USB drive (NTFS format may not be supported)

Insert the USB drive into the USB port of the electronic scale

Menu → Data Management → Export Data → Select Export Range

All records/by date/by employee/by product

Choose export format: CSV (Excel readable) or TXT

After confirmation, the system displays' Exporting ' After completion, it will prompt 'Export successful'

Safely remove the USB flash drive and insert it into the computer for viewing

Excel viewing method:

Open Excel → 'Data' tab → 'Self Text/CSV' → Select Export File

Select 'delimiter' ->'comma' ->complete in the 'Text Import Wizard'

2. Computer direct export (suitable for large amounts of data)

Connect via USB cable:

Connect the electronic scale and computer with a USB data cable

Install electronic scale matching management software on the computer (usually included randomly)

Software automatically recognizes devices → Select 'Data Download' → Set time range → Start downloading

After downloading, it can be directly analyzed in the software or exported as Excel/Word

Connected via serial port (RS232):

Connect using a serial cable (which may require a USB to serial adapter)

Set serial port parameters on the electronic scale (menu → communication settings → serial port)

Use serial debugging tools (such as SSCOM) on the computer to receive data

3. Data application scenarios

Menu → System Settings → Anti Duplicate Swipe → Set Time Interval (e.g. 60 seconds)

After setting, the same employee will be refused multiple card swipes within the specified time

Suitable for per piece billing scenarios to prevent false reporting of quantity

2. Weight upper and lower limit alarm (quality control)

Set weight standard values, upper and lower limits for each product

When weighing, the system automatically judges and displays:

Green: within the qualified range

Yellow: approaching the limit value

Red+alarm: Exceeding limit value
