1. Characteristics of high-performance and high-strength control wire core structure

1) The control wire core conductor adopts a mixed structure of tinned copper wire and high-strength reinforced fiber. The tensile strength of high-strength reinforced fibers is 8 times that of copper wire and 2 times that of high-strength steel wire. The overall strength of the conductor is greatly increased, and the flexibility is significantly improved, making it more suitable for the repeated bending and stretching environment of underground coal mining machines.
2) The control wire core adopts a spring type winding and twisting structure, which is easy to bend and stretch, fundamentally solving the industry problem of bending and breaking control wire cores.
