3C suspension issue

Products that require mandatory product certification (i.e.) should cease production and sale during the suspension period of the 3C license.

Hello, regarding the question you inquired about, Article 29 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Compulsory Product Certification" (Order No. 117 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine) has clearly stipulated: "If a certified product has its certification certificate cancelled, suspended or revoked, the certification body shall determine the category and scope of products that do not meet the certification requirements. From the date of cancellation or revocation of the certification certificate or during the suspension period of the certification certificate, products that do not meet the certification requirements shall not continue to be manufactured, sold, imported or used in other business activities

Whether products covered by mandatory product certification certificates can be sold during the certificate suspension period or from the date of cancellation or revocation depends on whether the products meet the certification requirements.

The certification body is responsible for determining whether the product meets the requirements.
