Cable Procurement Notice:

The model, specifications, and quantity must be accurate. After both parties agree on the price, a formal contract must be signed and stamped by both parties. Each party holds one copy of the contract. Our company stipulates that a 30% deposit is required to purchase cables before placing an order for production and the contract becomes effective. If the payment is delayed due to reasons other than the manufacturer's, the construction period will be extended. If the delay or suspension is caused by uncontrollable factors, the construction period will be extended or negotiated.

Accuracy of Prices

Both parties are not allowed to arbitrarily change the price midway through the order of signing a contract or paying a prepayment

Model change

Regarding changes to the model or specifications, our factory has taken the following measures. If there is a false report or an agreement is reached through negotiation, the prepayment can be changed within one day of payment. Otherwise, production will be carried out according to the original contract.

After production is completed, the order manager is responsible for arranging shipment with the customer paying the final payment. Any secondary fees incurred due to the user providing an incorrect address during the process will be borne by the user themselves

After the arrival of the goods, it is necessary to carefully inspect the appearance for completeness. If any damage is found, it can be rejected or contacted in a timely manner. If any damage is found after picking up the goods, it will be borne by our factory and has nothing to do with it.

If there are any quality issues within 10 days after the arrival of the goods, please contact our factory in a timely manner for further negotiation and handling.

Except for the negotiated warranty period for customized products within the regular model range, the warranty period for all other products is 12 months.
