Brief Introduction

Wuhan Gert tells you the following things to pay attention to when installing high-temperature aging rooms:

1、 Site selection and environmental requirements

  1. Temperature and Humidity:

  • One should choose a location with a perennial temperature of 5-30 ℃ and a relative humidity of less than 85%. Such environmental conditions help ensure that machines in high-temperature aging rooms can operate smoothly and perform their intended functions and performance.

  1. Shade and ventilation:

  • The aging room should be installed in a cool and shaded location, avoiding direct sunlight. At the same time, good ventilation should be maintained to avoid damage or explosion of the machine caused by long-term exposure to high temperature spaces.

  1. environmental stability:

  • The environmental temperature of the installation site should avoid sudden changes to ensure stable operation of the high-temperature aging room.

2、 Space and layout requirements

  1. Flat ground:

  • The aging room should be installed on a level ground, and a level can be used to confirm the ground level.

  1. Equipment spacing:

  • The machinery and equipment in the aging room should be kept at an appropriate distance from the walls, usually around 600mm, to ensure that the temperature can spread evenly and avoid the existence of temperature differences.

  1. Install walkway:

  • Sufficient installation walkways should be reserved to facilitate smooth installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

3、 Electrical and safety requirements

  1. power configuration:

  • The equipment power supply should be installed in the electrical control box of the high-temperature aging room according to the equipment documentation requirements.

  1. Electrical safety:

  • The high-temperature aging room should meet the national electrical safety standards, wiring specifications, and all wiring ports should be clearly marked and not exposed.

  • The studio should be insulated from all power sources, with a resistance greater than 2M Ω and no accumulation of static electricity.

  1. safety protection:

  • It should be equipped with comprehensive safety protection functions, such as over temperature sound and light alarm, non melting wire protection switch, high temperature wire, explosion-proof light bulb, etc.

  • It should also be equipped with exhaust systems, smoke alarms, and other devices to fully protect the safety of electronic products and surrounding environmental equipment.

  1. Explosion proof measures:

  • High temperature aging rooms are non explosion proof products and should not be used in environments with flammable or explosive gases. Meanwhile, when constructing high-temperature aging rooms, flammable and explosive products should be avoided.

4、 Operation and maintenance requirements

  1. Easy to operate:

  • The design of high-temperature aging rooms should be easy to operate and maintain. For example, the control cabinet should be designed to be aesthetically pleasing and easy to operate, and the aging process should be fully automated.

  1. regular maintenance:

  • Regular maintenance and upkeep should be carried out on high-temperature aging rooms to ensure their long-term stable operation.

5、 Other precautions

  1. high-temperature scald:

  • During the high-temperature test, the temperature inside the box is very high. Therefore, special care should be taken when opening the box door during or immediately after the experiment to avoid burns.

  1. Risk of electric shock:

  • Although the equipment has sound anti electric shock measures, special attention should still be paid to the risk of electric shock when the electrical control system is working, and do not touch the electrical parts.

  1. Prohibition of testing flammable and explosive materials:

  • It is strictly prohibited to conduct tests on flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, and highly radioactive materials in high-temperature aging rooms.

From the above, it can be seen that the installation of high-temperature aging rooms requires attention to site selection and environmental requirements, space and layout requirements, electrical and safety requirements, operation and maintenance requirements, and other related precautions. Only by ensuring that these aspects meet the requirements can we ensure the stable operation and proper functioning of the high-temperature aging room.
