Brief Introduction

A small high-temperature aging room (small high-temperature aging laboratory) is a device used to simulate complex environments such as high temperature, low temperature, and humid heat, and to conduct reliability testing on electronic components and whole machine products (such as power supplies, LED lamps, new energy components, etc.). Its characteristics are small volume (usually within tens of cubic meters), supporting personnel to directly enter the box for operation or observation, suitable for the research and development testing, quality control, and batch aging needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
1、 Application scenario 1 Electronic and electrical industry
Component aging: High temperature aging of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and PCB boards, screening for early failure products (such as leakage current testing of electrolytic capacitors at high temperatures).
Whole machine testing:
Power adapter: Simulate stability under long-term full load operation (such as continuous operation at high temperature of 70 ℃ for 48 hours).
Smart home devices: testing the impact of temperature and humidity changes on the accuracy of sensors (such as temperature and humidity probes).
2. In the field of new energy
Battery component testing:
High temperature cycling aging of lithium battery modules (such as alternating testing between -20 ℃ and 60 ℃ to evaluate the degradation of charge and discharge performance).
Wet heat aging of photovoltaic inverters (humidity 85% RH, temperature 85 ℃, to verify weather resistance).
Energy storage system: Long term aging of small energy storage battery packs, simulating outdoor high and low temperature environments (such as -30 ℃~50 ℃).
3. Automotive Electronics and Lighting
In car electronic devices: temperature resistance test for instrument panel and car charger (compliant with ISO 16750-2 standard, high temperature 85 ℃, low temperature -40 ℃).
LED lighting fixtures: Simulate the temperature difference between day and night in the aging chamber (such as constant temperature of 40 ℃ or periodic temperature changes), test the light attenuation of the light source and the lifespan of the driving power supply.
4. Research and Quality Inspection
University laboratory: Research on material heat resistance (such as high-temperature deformation testing of plastic parts).
Quality inspection agency: Environmental adaptability test in third-party certification
