Process description:One reaction tank is controlled by one thermostat, and a production line requires 16 thermostats. The temperature control of the equipment is around 37 ℃, and the working environment temperature is 20-30 ℃. The more accurate the temperature control, the more stable the product response and the better the quality.

Specific description of on-site application:The liquid heated in the reaction tank is different each time, and it needs to be stably controlled for a long time to reduce temperature fluctuations. The on-site temperature controller needs to support multiple protocol communications for easy integration with the upper computer.
