Transformer winding deformation tester product introduction:
Yangzhou Guohua Electric Co., Ltd. specializes in the research and development of power testing equipment. The transformer winding deformation tester produced by the company experiences inter turn and inter phase short circuits during the testing process, or collisions during transportation, resulting in relative displacement of the coil. In addition, coil deformation caused by electromagnetic tension in short circuits and fault states during operation can change the distribution parameters of the transformer winding, thereby affecting and altering the original frequency domain characteristics of the transformer, such as amplitude changes in frequency response and harmonic frequency point shifts. The GHBRZ transformer winding frequency response tester developed based on response analysis method is a novel non-destructive testing equipment for internal faults of transformers. It is suitable for internal structural fault detection of 63kV-500kV power transformers.
The transformer winding deformation frequency response tester quantifies the response changes of the internal winding parameters of the transformer in different frequency domains. Based on the magnitude of the changes, the amplitude and region of the frequency response changes, and the trend of the frequency response changes, the internal winding degree of the transformer can be determined. Then, the measurement results can be used to determine whether the transformer has been severely damaged and whether major repairs are needed.
