4、 Installation and wiring of GHDLRB cable thermal connector products

2. Insert the nickel chromium copper thermocouple into the temperature measuring hole above the hot repair machine, and then tighten the iron clamp.
3. Open the back cover, connect the power supply, and remove the "short circuit" connection wire on the temperature indicator adjustment instrument panel.

5、 Instructions for use of cable thermal connector products

1. Use a screwdriver to adjust the mechanical zero point of the temperature indicator to the ambient temperature scale, and adjust the constant temperature indicator pin to the temperature scale required by the rubber patch basketball team.
2. Adjust the timer switch. The timer switch is equipped with "ON" on, "OFF" off, and a time scale. Do not use a timer. Turn the switch knob to the "ON" position. To use a timer, turn the switch knob clockwise to the desired position, and then return to the time scale you have selected.
3. When an electric bell alarm is required, turn the knob to the on position. When no electric bell alarm is required, turn it to the off position.
4. Rotate the power switch, the electrical heating system starts to heat up, and the green light is on at this time; When the temperature reaches the desired level, the instrument relay opens, causing the AC contactor to cut off the power supply to the heating system, and then the timer switch also opens. At this time, the red light is on and the electric bell rings. The staff should promptly turn off the electric bell switch.
