Transformer ratio testerIt is an instrument dedicated to transformer transformation ratio testing, with exquisite circuit design and innovative ideas, making it high-performance, functionally complete, small in size, and lightweight. The instrument uses electronic standard transformers as measurement benchmarks internally to ensure long-term stable and reliable measurement accuracy. The instrument has fully automatic measurement function and can automatically complete the measurement of three-phase transformation ratio without setting any parameters.
The transformer ratio tester can perform both single-phase measurement and automatic testing of three-phase windings. Both single-phase and three-phase can measure polarity and phase angle, and can complete the measurement of the ratio value, error, tap position, tap value, and other parameters of phases AB, BC, and CA in one go. It can automatically identify the group number.
The transformer ratio tester has a blind measurement function, without the need to select a wiring method or wiring group. It can measure Y/△ and △/Y transformers without external short circuiting and automatically switch wiring methods according to the selected test content.
What to pay attention to when wiring the transformer ratio tester:
1. When using the instrument, please follow the instructions for wiring and operation;
2. The grounding terminal or grounding terminal in the power cord should be reliably grounded nearby;
3. When wiring, please note that the high voltage and low voltage leads cannot be reversed;
4. Please note that the high voltage side has yellow, green, and red test lines corresponding to the A, B, and C terminals of the transformer, while the low voltage side has yellow, green, and red test lines corresponding to the a, b, and c terminals of the transformer. Do not connect them incorrectly. For the measurement of single-phase transformers, use high voltage side A and B and low voltage side a and b test clamps;
5. Before testing, please input the correct setting parameters. The group number and the tested transformer must be consistent. If unsure, group analysis or automatic measurement functions can be used;
6. In the testing menu, "ordinary type" refers to general Y/y, Y/d, D/d, D/y ordinary connection group transformers. The menu selection must be consistent with the tested transformer;
If the rated transformation ratio is not entered, the test result can correctly display the measured transformation ratio, but the error is incorrect.
