Zhonghui Energy, relying on Zhangjiagang Intelligent Power Research Institute (Tsinghua University), Nanjing Zhirui Energy Internet Research Institute (Tsinghua University), a team of 10 academicians led by academician Han Yingduo and 27 experts in power related industries, has built a new smart city system with comprehensive perception, deep interconnection and smart application, and provided new application scenarios such as public security, urban governance and smart energy for smart city construction. Zhonghui Energy takes safety helmets, special vehicle driving, social security, production safety, fireworks and other safety hazards as the starting point to build an urban public safety warning system, helping cities achieve "full coverage, full network sharing, full-time warning, and full process controllability" of warning applications. Specifically targeting key areas such as ports and hazardous chemicals, real-time monitoring and early warning will be carried out to comprehensively enhance monitoring and early warning capabilities, efficient law enforcement capabilities, and coordinated disposal capabilities, achieving a safety early warning system that is "pre warning, in-process controllable, post linkage, traceable, and assessable". The comprehensive energy management and control system can collect real-time, monitor online, provide full warning, remote control, and centralized management of various energy consuming equipment status information in communities and parks. It provides users with visual data display, accurate big data analysis, and energy safety and energy-saving diagnostic analysis, optimizes energy use strategies, and provides comprehensive energy management and control services for communities and parks from the perspective of overall energy conservation and safety, effectively improving energy safety, reducing energy use and management costs. The 3D display system is achieved through the combination of 5G, BIM, GIS, and intelligent sensors. The real scene is created into a virtual simulation scene through modeling and other methods, which corresponds one-to-one with the real world. The monitoring data generated by various sensors is linked with the simulation scene, making the safety warning and comprehensive energy management system more intuitive, and making emergency rescue faster and more accurate.
