Shanghai Yichuan Instrument PressureAnti corrosion of the shell:
1. It is recommended to use stainless steel casing or spray PTFE coating on the casing in environments with corrosive gases to extend the service life of the pressure gauge;
2. It is recommended to increase the protection level of the outer shell in high humidity environments to prevent external moisture from entering the gauge and improve the service life of the pressure gauge.
1. For general corrosive media, if the stainless steel elastic element can withstand corrosion for 1-2 years, a general stainless steel pressure gauge can be used. During installation, the pressure pipe should be short, and if necessary, a buffer tank should be used instead of a buffer coil to prevent impurities from blocking.
2. If the medium corrodes stainless steel and copper, the buffer tank can be replaced with an isolation tank and a corrosion-resistant isolation liquid can be added. The type of anti liquid barrier can be selected according to the properties of the tested medium, but it is better to use it for more than six months without deterioration. If ordinary isolation fluids cannot be used, fluorine chlorine oil can be used as isolation fluid, but the price is very expensive, so the isolation tank needs to be made small, and fluorine oil needs to be recycled and reused during disassembly and assembly.
3. Diaphragm pressure gauges can be used, including molybdenum containing stainless steel, Hastelloy alloy, and tantalum plates. Methyl silicone oil is used to transmit pressure between the diaphragm and the ballistic tube, with a minimum range of 0-100kPa. If the diaphragm material is not yet corrosion-resistant, a layer of F46 (perfluoroalkoxy) diaphragm can be added, but the sensitivity of the gauge will be reduced. F46 can also be directly used as an isolation membrane, but attention should be paid to the permeability of the medium. Fluorine oil can be used for high-temperature and oil free medium transfer liquids.
