From June 3 to 5, 2026, the company showcased its full portfolio of industrial data acquisition and communication isolation products at Booth E2-D37, Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Centered on on-site industrial signal sensing and transmission, the exhibition display featured a complete product matrix covering analog acquisition, weighing acquisition, equipment runtime logging and communication isolation modules, delivering end-to-end signal chain support for smart manufacturing and automated machinery.
Hosting more than 500 outstanding domestic and international enterprises, the Shanghai International Industrial Automation & Robotics Exhibition is a key industry event for smart manufacturing in East China. • Equipment Runtime Loggers: Automatically record equipment start-stop status and cumulative operating hours, providing objective data for predictive maintenance and equipment efficiency analysis;
• Communication Isolation Modules: Fully compliant with the standard Modbus-RTU protocol, supporting multiple bus interfaces including RS-232 and RS-485. The fully isolated solution provides an isolation voltage up to 2500Vrms, effectively eliminating ground loop and common-mode interference on industrial sites to guarantee stable communication between the control layer and field device layer.
Addressing Pain Points of Industrial Sites: Three-Way Isolation Design Establishes Reliable Protection Barriers.
Industrial sites operate under harsh conditions. Heavy electromagnetic interference generated by frequency converters, high-power motors, along with ground potential differences between devices, often lead to signal drift, communication packet loss and even module damage. To tackle these challenges, all acquisition modules adopt three-way isolation for power, signal and communication, with a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) exceeding 90 dB. This ensures accurate data acquisition and continuous system operation under demanding conditions. The products operate within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ and feature broad power supply tolerance, adapting readily to various industrial scenarios.
