working principle

The equipment consists of three sets of active cutters, a cutter compartment with circular holes, a vibration device, a screening device, and a control unit, and is designed with phase failure and phase sequence protection, as well as thermal overload protection. Using the principle of impact cutting, the cutting blade of the equipment rotates at high speed under the drive of the motor, continuously cutting and rubbing the coke inside the cutting blade to directly make large pieces of coke into spherical coke with a flat surface. The crushed coke and spherical coke fall onto the two layers of sieve plates below through the holes in the cutting blade chamber wall. The sieve plate is equipped with a vibration device and is always in a vibrating state. After screening, the crushed coke and spherical coke will automatically fall into different sample frames.
