The instrument should be installed in a room with no strong air convection, no direct sunlight, and no drastic changes in temperature and humidity. The room temperature should be within15-30It is advisable to be within ℃.

1. Sample processing: Take about 10g of the sample using the quartering method and place it in a 1.4mm test sieve to remove carbon powder for later use.

2. Fill the combustion tube with quartz sand of 3mm or less, and place the quartz sand on the combustion tube baffle (there is no need to replace the quartz sand when it has not deteriorated).

3. Sample loading: Load 3g of quartz sand into the combustion tube, then place 4g of sample into the combustion tube, insert the sample thermocouple, which should be located at the center of three-quarters of the sample, and finally load 10g of quartz sand.

4. Insert the combustion tube into the furnace body, fix the lower end with a furnace thermocouple with a silicone plug, and fix the upper end on a dedicated fixing bracket.

5. Connect the ventilation pipe and combustion pipe intake pipe.

6. Turn on the instrument power, open the operating software, click "Start", and the instrument will automatically start the test.

After the experiment is completed, click "Save Print". To print the results, click "Print". If there is no need to print, click "Home" to return to the main interface.

8. Open the furnace door to cool down, wait for the furnace temperature to reach room temperature, pour out the waste sample, and reload the sample to proceed with the next experiment.
