Maintenance methods and experience of dielectric strength tester for insulating oil

The maintenance, care, and adjustment of instruments should be carried out by professionals.

2. This instrument can be used both indoors and outdoors, but should be used in places where it is exposed to rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperatures, or direct sunlight.

3. The oil cup should be kept clean, and during the shutdown period, it should be filled with dry and qualified insulating oil to keep the oil cup from moisture.

After using the electrode continuously for another month, an inspection should be conducted to check for any changes in the electrode gap. Use a magnifying glass to observe for any darkening on the electrode surface. If this is the case, use a silk cloth to wipe the electrode surface and readjust the electrode gap to meet the requirements.

5. Replace printer ribbon: The ribbon cartridge is already installed before the printer leaves the factory, but after a period of use, the ribbon cartridge needs to be replaced. The steps are as follows:

1) Open the front cover of the printer. 2) Gently remove the old ribbon cartridge from the printer head. 3) To replace the ribbon cartridge with a new one, first gently place the right end of the ribbon cartridge on the gear at the right end of the machine head, lift the left end slightly and do not put it down. Use your fingers to hold the knob on the ribbon cartridge and rotate it slightly in the direction of the arrow, then put down the left end of the ribbon cartridge; 4) Simply install the front cover of the printer.

6. Replace printer roll paper: The printer has already installed roll paper at the factory, and a new roll paper needs to be installed after use. The general process is as follows:

1) Remove the front cover of the printer. 2) Remove the paper roll from the printer. 3) First, place a new paper roll on the paper roll and press it into the guide slot of the printer. 4) Cut the front end of the paper into a V-shape and put the printer into printing mode. At this point, manually feed the paper head into the paper mouth under the machine head, and the paper will enter the machine head until a certain length is exposed from the front of the machine head.

7. Cleaning method for oil cup of insulation oil dielectric strength tester:

1) Wipe the electrode surface and electrode rod repeatedly with a clean silk cloth.

2) Adjust the electrode gap using standard specifications.

3) Wash 3-4 times with petroleum ether or ethanol, then dry with a hair dryer and wash 2-3 times with the oil sample to be tested.

8. Cleaning method for agitator:

1) Wipe the mixer repeatedly with a clean silk cloth until there are no small particles on the surface. Do not touch the surface of the mixer with your hands.

2) Clamp the stirrer with tweezers, immerse it in anhydrous ethanol and wash it repeatedly, then dry it with a hair dryer.

3) Use tweezers to hold the stirrer, immerse it in the oil sample to be tested and wash it repeatedly.
