Review of Autumn Team Building in 2025

Autumn is crisp and clear, with layers of forests dyed. It is a good season for teams to join hands and enjoy the scenery together. To further enhance team cohesion and enrich employees' cultural life, the company conducted a two-day and one night autumn team building from November 14th to 15th, 2025. The destination of this team building is Ningguo, Anhui. Everyone can relax and feel the power of teamwork amidst the natural mountains and waters.

Longquan Cave | Exploration of Cave Secrets

At 8am on the first day, I gathered at the company and took a bus to Ningguo. After lunch, I went to the first stop of the team building, Longquandong.

Longquan Cave is known as the "Strange Cave of Jiangnan". The stalactites inside the cave are varied and lifelike, and under the light, they appear even more fantastic and magnificent. Everyone can fully experience the amazing craftsmanship of nature.

There are groups of waterfalls and gurgling streams in the scenic area, and the colorful mountains and forests are immersed in the autumn atmosphere. Everyone strolls along the trail, enjoying the waterfalls, springs, and autumn scenery, breathing in fresh natural air, and relieving work pressure.

Chujiatan | Morning Stroll by the Tranquil Lake

The next day, we had breakfast at the hotel and gathered at 8 o'clock to head to Chujiatan. Chujiatan is known as the "Little Guilin of Ningguo". The lake surface is as calm as a mirror, reflecting the green mountains and villages on both sides. In autumn, the morning light shines on the lake surface, sparkling and beautiful. Everyone here takes photos to check in and experience the tranquility and comfort of the Jiangnan water town.

Qinglong Bay Sequoia Forest | Riding a Boat Across Autumn Blossoms

Later, we will go to Qinglong Bay Scenic Area and take a boat tour of the Redwood Forest. Every late autumn, the redwood forests in Qinglong Bay shed their green attire and switch to vibrant shades of red and brown. Clusters of redwood trees take root in the water, complementing the clear waters and blue sky, creating a stunning autumn painting. Traveling by boat, it feels like being in a fairy tale world.

Although the two-day journey was short, it brought us closer, made our laughter more genuine, and reignited teamwork in nature.
