Subsequently, the inspection team from Luzhou City conducted on-site research on the Hubei Provincial Carbon Rights Trading Center located on the 21st floor of the China Carbon Emission Registration and Settlement Center. In front of the visualized large screen in the cockpit of the trading center, the relevant person in charge systematically introduced the latest trading dynamics, industry coverage progress, and the operation of core mechanisms such as carbon emission control and quota allocation in the national carbon market. Technicians from Zhongcarbondeng provided in-depth explanations and demonstrations on the carbon market rules system, data monitoring and analysis system, and other related topics. They vividly illustrated the practical effectiveness and driving role of the carbon trading mechanism in guiding enterprises to implement energy-saving transformation, promoting clean energy investment, and promoting industrial green and low-carbon transformation through practical cases. The members of the inspection team had interactive exchanges with on-site experts on hot issues such as quota allocation methods, progress of CCER restart, and paths for local and corporate participation.

This survey not only deepened our understanding of the operational logic of the carbon market system, but also provided important references for Luzhou to participate in the construction of the carbon market and explore the value of carbon assets in the future.
