The microwave moisture analyzer has been successfully put into operation in the dry wet mixed coke of Nangang No.1 Iron and Steel Blast Furnace

The Xikesai microwave moisture meter was installed and debugged on December 25, 2015 at the first ironmaking blast furnace of Nanjing Iron and Steel. The microwave moisture meter is installed on the mixed coke belt of the blast furnace to measure the dry wet mixed coke. Using a microwave moisture meter to measure data and integrate it into a large system to achieve automatic focusing, replacing the original neutron moisture meter and complex manual testing. Reduce labor intensity, eliminate the radiation hazards of neutron moisture meters to the human body, save maintenance costs, and improve production efficiency.
