The question that customers often ask is, how long does the instrument need to be calibrated? And there is no standard answer to this question.

From the perspective of self testing and inspection units, it is necessary to calibrate and self calibrate before each use!

But in reality, this is not possible, so we usually inform customers according to industry rules;

If the instrument is placed in a non critical position (Class B or C instrument), the manufacturer's factory calibration report can be used,

If the instrument is placed in a critical position (Class A instrument), regardless of whether there is a factory report, it needs to be calibrated or verified outside!
According to national regulations, instruments and equipment have a mandatory calibration cycle of one year. Generally, instruments and equipment used are calibrated once according to annual audit requirements and a calibration report is issued.
Normally, customers can evaluate whether the equipment needs calibration or maintenance updates based on the usage and stability of the equipment.
