1. The 2-in-1 thick plate leveling machine integrates the functions of unwinding and leveling. The unwinding speed is controlled by a photoelectric switch, and there is no damage to the material surface during operation. It is suitable for unwinding and leveling 1.0-6.0mm thick plate materials.
2. The spindle adopts an oil pressure expansion system to tighten the material with high tension force and good safety.
3. Seven leveling rollers (arranged in 4/3 on ￠ 85) are made of high-strength rolling bearing steel GCr15, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment and frequency modulation quenching treatment. After surface plating with hard chromium, the hardness can reach HRC60~62 °, and the dimensional accuracy can reach 0.01mm, ensuring high-precision leveling.
4. The feeding relaxation adopts pneumatic compression relaxation, which can generate sufficient tension to feed the material to the leveling roller and rotate synchronously.
5. A folding device is installed at the front end of the leveling feeding roller, and the movable roller is pulled together with the cylinder. When feeding for the first time, the material head is bent and flattened before being sent to the straightening machine.
6. The leveling drum adopts a high-power motor (5-16HP) and a worm gear reducer (30:1) to transmit the leveling material to the leveling machine through a sprocket chain, which can generate a large leveling force. The motor's operating speed is controlled by a frequency converter, which is convenient and reliable.
7. The upper and lower leveling rollers are synchronously driven by large modulus gears, with strong leveling force, no friction on the material surface, and no scratching of the material. The fine-tuning part adopts a worm gear rod fine-tuning device. High adjustment accuracy, high pressure, and easy operation.
