1. The horizontal light controlled four disc feeding machine is a double-sided double disc type, with the upper and lower terminal axes on the same straight line. It mainly consists of a feeding part, a paper tape part, a material guide part, an electronic control part, a frame, and three color lights. The motor is a worm gear motor, and the three color lights (using a voltage of 24V). The control part is composed of photoelectric sensors, frequency converters, intermediate relays, etc.
2. The collection tray has power and serves as the main collection terminal. Its function is to pull the terminal to drive the paper tape tray, which can collect one to four trays. The tray is variable frequency speed controlled and uses photoelectric tracking and potentiometer coordination to control its collection speed. It has a paper tape detection function. If there is no paper tape, the collection tray cannot operate.
3. The use of photoelectric switches to sense products and control the feeding speed, with low labor intensity and good quality, is the preferred equipment for terminal feeding.
4. In conjunction with high-speed punching machines, the terminal strip speed can be adjusted, and photoelectric induction control can collect single or double terminal strips.
5. Beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, chassis equipped with brake wheels, easy to move.
6. The receiving tray can be freely adjusted according to the width of the material.
