266 differential pressure sensor

This change in capacitance is detected by Setra's unique electronic circuit and converted into a linear DC signal. The argon arc welding tension sensitive element allows for an overpressure of 69KPa in any direction without damage, and the various parts of the sensitive element have good thermal matching coefficients.
