1、 Product features:

6、 Working principle:
Close the air leakage protection switch and turn on the emergency stop switch. The power indicator light on the panel lights up, indicating that the power supply of the machine is connected and the PLC is powered on. Turn on the 'selection switch' # 160; Set to 'Auto' # 160; Press the 'Start Switch' button once to control the AC contactor of the transmission motor to close, and the machine will start working.
When an empty bottle is inserted into the empty bottle position and the empty bottle detection induction switch is pressed (the flushing signal is sent out by the empty bottle detection induction switch in the bottle washing inlet area), the bottle washing drive motor starts running, carrying the empty bottle into each flushing and disinfection station through the chain and bottle holder.
The rinsing bottle passes through six workstations: the first workstation is drip drying, and the second, third, and fourth workstations all use washing and disinfecting solutions for rinsing; The fifth station is for rinsing with clean water, and the sixth station is for rinsing with pure water.
When the transmission motor runs with an empty bottle and enters the positioning induction area with the induction piece on the chain, the positioning induction switch sends a signal to stop the transmission motor, and at the same time, the flushing bottle water pump starts to perform the corresponding flushing and disinfection work (the flushing time is set and controlled by the PLC program);
After rinsing, the cleaned empty bottles are conveyed by the bottle washing transmission mechanism and fall onto the bottle pushing rack. The bottle pushing cylinder works to push the empty bottles to the filling position, aligning the filling nozzle with the water bottle mouth. After the pure water rinsing is completed, the filling water pump starts filling.
(The filling time is adjusted by the user according to their needs). When the filling is full, the PLC sends a control signal, the filling solenoid valve closes, and the water filling stops. After the filling is completed, the next water bottle is used to send the filled water bottle to the capping area for capping, and then to the capping area. The capping cylinder drives the capping device to press the bottle cap tightly. At this point, a washing and irrigation cycle is completed.
