1、 Product Introduction:

4、 Workflow:
1. The automatic cover removal machine uses a cylinder clamping push to remove the cover.
2. The automatic internal brush is driven by a motor to rotate the brush, the cylinder extends and descends, and water is sprayed into the bucket for cleaning with water.
3. After the automatic external brush bucket enters the automatic external brush, the outer wall is cleaned by rotating the brush.
4. The automatic bucket loading machine detects that four buckets have entered the filling machine through an induction switch, and the cylinder blocks the incoming buckets from behind. The cylinder flips the four buckets over and pushes them up into the filling machine.
5. The stainless steel chain on the filling machine sends the empty bucket into the flushing position. After one alkaline solution flushing, one drip, one chemical solution flushing, one drip, one circulating water flushing, one drip, and one pure water flushing, the bucket is filled, covered, capped, and discharged.
