1、 Product details:
The QGF-900 barrel line is used for the production of bottled drinking water. The whole machine integrates flushing, filling, and sealing functions. It is an ideal equipment for the production of mineral water, distilled water, and purified water.
The overall material is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The inner and outer nozzles used for washing buckets are designed with unique technology from imported companies. The machine has a compact structure, high work efficiency, stability and reliability, sensitive and correct movements, and a high degree of automation. It is a fully automatic barrel packaging equipment that integrates mechanical and electrical components.
Bucket water filling machine production line (flushing, filling and sealing):
This production line is mainly used for filling bottled drinking water, purified water, and mountain spring water. It is made of food grade stainless steel 304 material and consists of an automatic cap removal machine, an automatic external brushing machine, an automatic internal brushing machine, an automatic bucket loading machine, a washing and filling sealing host, an automatic heat shrinkage furnace, and an automatic bagging machine. The entire process is controlled by PLC to achieve automation, making the equipment structure compact and operate efficiently.
The cleaning procedure for the main unit of the three in one filling machine is divided into alkaline washing, followed by water return washing, draining, disinfectant washing, draining, and sterile water washing and draining. Among them, there are 6 filling heads, and the filling liquid level can be adjusted by adjusting the filling time to meet the actual needs of the bottled water level. The capping adopts a track type capping, and the capping qualification rate is high.
